How to get google or gmail to answer a problem ? When I tick help they give scenarios which give no answer to my problem. Recently when I try to access my gmail account I get a blank ‘wobbling page and then after a long time a message appears telling me that the site is having a 24 hour rest (each time for the past 2 days ) as I have used my mail too much or some such message ! I have not used my account for over a week…I find gmail very lacking in direct staff help..I cannot find a contact for that purpose..
