Google Loses Two Major Video Deals
Google’s YouTube had lost two major video deals this week with media giants Viacom and CBS. Both deals were supposed to allow YouTube users to watch clips from shows such as CBS’s “The Late Show with David Letterman,” and Viacom’s MTV Networks, BET Networks, and Paramount Pictures.
Viacom went with Google’s competitor Joost, while CBS is still up for the grab.
