Google Rumored to Join the DoubleClick Race
Last week, the rumors across the web linked Microsoft to a $2 billion bid for the ad network DoubleClick. Today, new rumors tie Google to the bid race as well. Google’s spokesman said the company does not comment on “market rumor or speculation.”
If this is true and Google will win this bis it may get them closer to controlling the majority of the web ad space. Donna thinks that it will take them just a step closer to being a Monopoly (and that’s not necessarily a good thing…)
