Following hot on the heels of Google’s release of an API for Google Maps, Yahoo! has announced the same for its map service, and A9 has launched a mapping service as well. Stupid thing is they are all competing for the same US market, when are some of them going to realise that a map product for say Europe or Australia may actually given them an advantage over Google?
