MSN Screensaver with Search & RSS

by admin on July 27th, 2005

MSN has announced the launch of the MSN Screensaver, with built in search and RSS. Isn’t the point of a screensaver to save your screen whilst you’re not using your computer? Anyway the MSN team say that if it really, really sucks you can blame the British, because it was designed in London, but apperently for love, not money. The team also points to the fact that the internet is “buzzing” about the screensaver, then point to some guy called Jeff, who is apparently mates with Microsoft employee Robert Scoble, who likes the product, and another guy called Vlad who they claim has criticized the product, but in truth really praises its features, if not its stability. I’d note at the time of writing that only 10 people were linking to the site according to Technorati as well.
