Planet Lycos, A New Social Networking Service
Okay, I must admit, the last time I actually heard about Lycos was ages ago. I cannot even remember the last time I visited their site. Anyways, they are still in business and have launched a new social networking service of their own.

Users can create a mini site, or “planet,” without any HTML coding. They can then add a blog, or upload photos and create slide shows with animated special effects and music using Lycos’ Flash-based MyTV Player.
