Google Images Back to Normal

Last month we reported that Google Images got a face lift which removed the image details from the serps and showed them only when image was hovered:
Today it is back to good ole’ Google Images, all the details are permanently under the images…

Google Images Gets a Facelift

Google Images was updated overnight with a much cleaner look. The most noticeable changes was removal of the row background color (light-blue), removal of the file’s size and dimensions (in pixels), and removal of the originating site’s URL. The removed information is re-revealed once an image is hovered.
