Wink is a search engine which searches the tagosphere (is that a word?). From their homepage,

The idea is very nice, results are quick and an interesting point is the notion of using such site in one’s marketing efforts. If you could [theoretically] create a tag-profile around your main tags/keywords, searches for these tags would yield your site which means a source of traffic.
You can use your imagination in tag-profile, and results may vary as some tags can result in more traffic than others.
